Delete your account
Everything Eduviq holds about you goes with it. There is no undo.
What gets deleted
- Your profile — name, email, phone number, date of birth, address and its map pin
- Every booking, class, doubt session and course enrolment, and their payment records
- Reviews you wrote, class notes, and your saved availability
- Every file you uploaded: profile photo, doubt photos, and identity and degree documents
- Push notification tokens and notification settings, and your referral history
- The sign-in itself, so the Google account is no longer connected to Eduviq
Deletion is immediate and permanent — nothing is kept in a recoverable state and there is no waiting period to change your mind in. Signing in again with the same Google account afterwards creates a new, empty account; it does not bring this one back.
One thing does not disappear: if you attended a class with a tutor, that tutor’s own record that a class happened, and any payment record our payment provider is required to keep, remain with them. Your name and contact details are removed from Eduviq either way.
Sign in to delete your account
We have to know which account to delete, and only you can prove that. Sign in with the same Google account and this page will show the delete button.
In the Eduviq app you can do the same thing without the website: Profile → Delete account. If you can no longer sign in at all, email support@eduviq.com from the address on the account and we will delete it for you.
